Job Description
Our Client is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Collision Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join their team. The Collision Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of collision repair parts and supplies. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies for accuracy and quality
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages
- Coordinate the shipment of repaired vehicles and parts to customers and vendors
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all shipments and receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping and receiving role or related field
- Knowledge of automotive parts and their applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Proficient in the use of computerized inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid drivers license
Certifications:
- ICAR (InterIndustry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) is a plus
