Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analyst Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is looking for an experienced consultant to join their team. This seniorlevel role focuses on analyzing business needs defining requirements and leading system transformation efforts. The position is fully remote with flexible scheduling though occasional office visits may be required.
What is in it for you:
Incorporated Business Rate: $80 to $84 per hour.
13month contract with potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position (37.5 hours/week) with a flexible day shift.
Primarily remote work with occasional office visits as needed.

Responsibilities:
Define business capabilities and develop the roadmap for future growth.
Analyze and translate user needs into detailed requirements epics user stories and data mapping documents.
Document the impact of future developments on systems processes and clients across the organization.
Provide feedback on business and technical documentation internal/external communications and user documentation.
Support endtoend validation during rollout phases.
Act as a mentor and advisor to Business & Systems Analysts.
Lead efforts in transformational systems work transitioning from legacy systems to modern platforms.
What you will need to succeed:
10 to 15 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
Strong API and data integration knowledge.
Experience with customerfacing technologies.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with financial services and system transformations.
