Job Description
- Operational management of Linux servers delivering a complex web application stack
- Building and configuring new server platforms and the automated tooling to do so
- Testing debugging and troubleshooting of platform level problems
- Supporting development teams with configuring applications for deployment
Requirements
ACTIVE or EXPIRED IRS MBI Clearance Required.
- Linux System Administration
- Web/Application Server Management (JBoss Kubernetes OpenShift AWS)
- DevOps Tools (Jenkins Git Bash Docker Kubernetes)
- Understanding of Cybersecurity Tools (Nessus Nmap BurpSuite)
- Fair knowledge of Database Support (Oracle PostgreSQL SQL) and Monitoring Tools (Splunk AppDynamics)
- Proficient in Scripting and Automation (Bash GitFlow)
Basic Qualifications: Minimum Five (5) years of experience configuring and maintaining web and application servers. Understanding of Linux and tools associated with its management. Summary of Essential Skills: Linux System Administration Web/Application Server Management (JBoss, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS) DevOps Tools (Jenkins, Git, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes) Understanding of Cybersecurity Tools (Nessus, Nmap, BurpSuite) Fair knowledge of Database Support (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL) and Monitoring Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics) Proficient in Scripting and Automation (Bash, GitFlow) Salary: $85000 to $150000 Benefits: Holiday Benefit: 10 Holidays per year Vacation Benefit: 10 Vacation Days per year.
