Job Summary:
- Salary: $2000 $2200
- Mon Sat 9am 5pm
- Location: Bugis

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems including M&E plumbing & sanitary air conditioning electrical/lighting painting and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations
- Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with superiors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
Requirements:
- Min 1 to 2 years of experience in Facilities & building maintenance.
- Min GCE N Lvls/ GCE O Levels/NITEC/Higher NITEC
