Job Description
- Customer care through phone and email demands.
- Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
- Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
- Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel spoiled.
- Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality education.
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Proactive enthusiastic and attentive to detail work attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages French is a plus.
- You dont have to be a specialist already but you are eager to learn.
- Available for at least 6 months 5 days a week 40 hours of internship per week.
