Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of restaurant service.
- Promotes the F&B offer.
- Offers an attentive service to guests adapting to any constraints.
- Operationally support F&B team members
- Provide personalized guest service as per Sofitel Standards
- Efficient handling of guest complaints and give proper followup
- Promote outlet concepts and upsell according to the outlet targets
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up and assist in requests from the Food & Beverage Manager
- Ensure brand compliance standards
- Join internal meetings and training courses offered
- Strive to achieve departmental KPIs
- See to cleanliness of work areas
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintaining an overall good working relationship
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- High School diploma vocational training and/or 1 year work experience.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) essential.
- Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable but not essential
- Friendly and pleasant disposition with people interaction skills.
- High level of personal cleanliness and grooming.
