Job Description
Join our distinguished property as a Finance Officer in a parttime role with flexible hours. Youll manage accounts payable and play a vital role in our financial operations. Youll oversee the complete payment processreceiving processing and verifying invoices to ensure timely payments.
Your keen eye for detail will help you reconcile payments and carry out End of Month procedures all while keeping our records organized. Youll also generate insightful reports and update our Accounts Payable system. Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in Finance Business or a related field or relevant experience in Accounting.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus enhancing your understanding of the industry.
- Proficient in financial and accounting procedures policies and systems with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in all financial transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to deliver outstanding service and build positive relationships.
