Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are excited to announce that we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers or part-time hosts and hostesses for an upcoming conference in Bahrain. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in event management, enhance their communication skills, and network with professionals from various fields.

Event Details:

  • Location: Bahrain
  • Dates: November 11–13, 2024
  • Duration: 3 days
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential

We need a total of 30 Hostess/Host volunteers or part-timers to help us ensure that the event runs smoothly and that all attendees feel welcomed and supported. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interacting with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities:

As a Hostess/Host, your responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming guests and attendees upon arrival.
  • Assisting with registration and providing information about the event schedule.
  • Guiding attendees to various sessions and activities throughout the event.
  • Ensuring that all attendees feel comfortable and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborating with the event staff to facilitate a smooth operation.
