Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES: (The primary functions scope and responsibilities of the role)
Business and Data Analysis 20%
- Works with internal and external partners to develop and analyze marketing analysis needs
- Develops and writes business requirements for the design of solutions.
- May perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.
- Research business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems
- Learns and maintains expertise on various data domains.
- Manages data quality of various data domains including correcting data discrepancies when appropriate.
- Understands the security profile of various data domains; collaborate with BDPass and UCEE data teams to ensure proper security and provisioning of data.
- Conduct data profiling activities that inform and support data replication activities.
Business Partnership 10%
- Utilizes expert business knowledge in assigned business domain to advise business on recommended approach for harnessing the power of their data.
- Facilitates datarelated conversations with data ambassadors and other business data SMEs.
- Trains and assists data users on how to use datarelated applications.
- Designs and delivers enduser training and training materials.
- Consults on needs for advanced statistical and predictive analytics for various business domains.
- Provides guidance training and problemsolving assistance to other team members
- Coaches lessexperienced individuals
Solution Development 60%
- Uses creativity to design and develop eyecatching data visualizations that tell a compelling story to the business; visualizations should be quickly actionable and enable the end users to make datadriven decisions.
- Participates in the refining and maturing the enterprise data strategy.
- Interprets business requirements and determines optimum marketing solutions to meet needs
- Designs enterprise effectiveness studies including custom reports
Management Production Support 10%
- Work with offshore teams with solution development and technical issues that arises.
- Respond to an agreed contact communication (e.g. telephone call text email system alert) within an agreed time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications needed for this position including education experience certification knowledge and/or physical requirements)
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Management Information Systems or related field. Equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Relevant work experience as typically acquired in 510 years preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
- Working knowledge of one or more business functional areas

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience using Snowflake data bricks Python R SQL Adobe or Tableau stack preferred
