Job Description:
- Midlevel: 5 to 7 years. Temp to hire. Candidate must be either on GC or a US Citizen. Local to McLean VA (Hybrid Work Model).
- No specific technical skills however candidate must have worked in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Smart/talented goal communication.
- Bridging the gap between Business and IT stakeholders.
- Should be able to speak business and articulate business goals.
- Should possess good logical and analytical mindset. Testing mind set. Find the gaps.; business basically throws requirements and it is up to this analyst to identify the gaps/ambiguities.
What are the top skills required for this role
- Business Rules / Decision Modeling Experience & Certification
- Mortgage Industry or Financial Services Experience
- Agile Methodology
- Functional and Automation Testing knowledge.
