As part of their Experience Cloud business youll have the chance to play a pivotal role in creating and executing strategic marketing programs that generate tangible business results and pipeline growth. This position is based in Munich and is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and thrives on working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dynamic field marketing campaigns and events working closely with the regional marketing and demand generation teams to align with business goals.
- Track and measure success to ensure continuous improvement and demonstrate the impact of marketing activities on the business.
- Own the project budget managing campaigns from planning to execution while ensuring they align with overall business strategies.
- Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations across various business segments.
- Adjust and scale marketing activities as needed to meet pipeline objectives ensuring agility and responsiveness in execution.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing preferably within the marketing technology industry.
- Experience with accountbased marketing and creating tailored programs to meet the needs of specific markets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver pipeline and revenue growth through effective field marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of pipeline analysis customer behavior and marketing dashboards.
- Full professional proficiency in Germanand English.
- Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and business levels.
