Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health and wellness organization located in Pittsburgh and operates health insurance plans in Pennsylvania Delaware and West Virginia.
Job Title: Senior IT Systems AnalystCW
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 Months
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Work Type: Remote
Job Description:
- Develops and gains approval of data models at various levels of abstraction (conceptual logical and physical) data describing the data assets and business rules used by the corporations business concepts business processes and business applications.
- Develops data models and associated metadata to be engineered on the respective database platform.
- Performs sourcetotarget mapping of raw data to elements of enterprise data models that are fit for consumption by endusers.
Work scope
- Perform and document sourcetotarget mapping of data in Bronze/Silver to data in EPD
- Assist with endtoend testing
- Do Process flow analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- 35 years of experience as an analyst
- Experience in leading Projects
- Experience sourcetotarget mapping of data
- Analysis of business problems/needs
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have analytical skills
- Proficiency in technical skills and communication
- Experience with Optum software preferred
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred
- Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry preferred
- Must complete the Enterprise Business Analyst assessment.
