Job Title: Senior Manager Data Analytics and Insights
Location: Onsite Cleveland OH New York NY Shelton CT

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager Data Analytics and Insights to join our Data and Analytics team. This role supports Laurel Roads expanding lending and deposit product suite directly impacting the growth and strategic planning of our initiatives. As a crossfunctional leader you will develop detailed reporting and forecasts while providing valuable insights into industry trends and product performance. The ideal candidate will have a mix of business knowledge technical expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Insights: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to gain insights on product performance industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
- Analytics Framework: Develop reporting structures and KPIs to guide growth and profitability for deposit products.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the forecasting process establish benchmarks and monitor business progress toward these goals.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in Product Marketing and Operations to align and execute strategic initiatives.
- Leadership: Potential to lead and mentor 12 analysts providing direction and guidance within a matrixed organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative field (MIS Computer Science Data Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 8 years in product marketing finance or related roles.
- Proven experience in Analytics Consulting Financial Services or Product Strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of SAS SQL R or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio Tableau and Excel.
- Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage complex data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation.
NonNegotiable Requirements:
- Onsite presence required in Cleveland OH Shelton CT or New York NY.
- Experience managing 12 offshore analysts.
- Advanced technical skills in SAS or similar analytical coding languages (SQL R Python).
- Strong data visualization and presentation abilities using Looker Studio Tableau Excel or PowerPoint.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience in Analytics Consulting Financial Services or related fields.
- Familiarity with evaluating business problems data analysis and generating strategic recommendations.
