Position: VDOT Solutions Architect
Location: Richmond VA 23219
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled VDOT Solutions Architect to design and implement enterpriselevel applications and integration solutions. This role requires expertise in cloud applications and collaboration with various IT teams to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in architectural design Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of security technology patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop application and solution architectures for enterprise applications.
- Capture and analyze business requirements translating them into automated solutions.
- Produce technical design artifacts including data models and system designs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure system compatibility and integration.
- Design and implement enterprise security standards and technology patterns.
Required Technical Skills:
- 5 years in enterpriselevel application design and integration
- 5 years in cloud applications (Azure preferred)
- 5 years in SaaS (Software as a Service) architecture
- 5 years in integration architecture
- 5 years with Agile methodologies (SAFe and Scrum)
