With operations in London Amsterdam Berlin and Athens our Europeanbased platform covers all three key market segments in boat rental dayhires boating holidays and luxury crewed charters.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team in Athens.
As a Management Trainee you will rotate across the key functions of Business Administration and Marketing gaining handson experience and insight into how each department operates. The role is designed to provide you with a wellrounded understanding of business operations while developing the skills necessary for future leadership roles within the company.
Tasks
Business Administration
- Support the preparation of financial reports and cash flow statements.
- Help with cost analysis and identifying areas for financial improvement.
- Participate in recruitment processes
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to onboarding training and employee engagement activities.
Marketing
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital social media content marketing).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials including newsletters brochures and web content.
- Analyze marketing data and assist in preparing performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing HR or a related field.
- Strong interest in crossfunctional roles with a desire to learn about multiple aspects of business.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Greek Labor Law
- Proficiency in Greek language at a Native Level
