We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operating Room Integration Solutions to lead our efforts in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating room technology integration solutions and a deep understanding of the EMEA healthcare market. This role involves strategic planning business development and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to drive the adoption and implementation of Caresyntaxs solutions in the region.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus
Must have prior experience in the MedTech/ HealthTech/ SaaS
Must have a strong crosscountry network to MedTech HealthTech and care providers in at least 3 countries (Germany Switzerland France UK)
Extensive experience in ORI with strong understanding of the EMEA healthcare market
Track record of successful managing sales pipelines teams and complex multiyear deals
Nice to have: Proven track record in solution selling (i.e. SaaS service/ consulting) in a consultative sales role and deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies including needs analysis solution development and valuebased selling
Strong project management and communication skills
Analytical mindset to drive strategic decisionmaking
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Passionate for helping clients increase value and achieve their business goal
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed
English and one other language (German French Arabic) is a must; more languages are preferred.
