10 yrs exp Techno functional Handson Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise on Oracle fusion Core HR Compensation Recruitment Benefits Modules. Should be able to work on Extracts HDLs Fast Formulas. Should be able to drive discussions with business across perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions.. Should have min exp of 2 Implementations and 3 AMS project exposure for modules Core HR Comp ORC Benefits modules. Desired years of experience
