Job Description

We are hiring a strong PostgreSQL Sr. Developer who can utilize welldeveloped knowledge of software technologies to design develop code (software program) and implement software applications. You will be provided a variety of avenues to advance your skills innovate and forge your own path to coding glory while supporting the worlds most recognized brand in the automotive industry.
Requirements:
- Expert in PostgreSQL development for stored procedures functions triggers and views.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database design principles performance tuning query optimization etc.
- Ability to rewrite Oracle PL/SQL code into PostgreSQL (PSQL) efficiently without compromising data quality.
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is required.
- Good to have PostgreSQL DBA experience.
- Must have experience in EDB PostgreSQL and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in working with high availability scalable environments.
- Good to have AWS Cloud Certification

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
