Job Description
The LPN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing planning implementing and coordinating patient care from Skilled Nursing and Extended care. SHIFT: Nights 12 hours Taking call is required 2 shifts per 6 weeks and there is potential that we will need overtime as well. LOCATION: KREMMLING COLORADO Shared housing available based on capacity for an inclusive rate reduction. No pets no families/partners no smoking/vaping
