Designation Junior accountant
Location S P Ring Road Pirana Ahmedabad
Salary Upto 18K
Job Summary: We are looking for a detailoriented Junior Accountant with experience in Tally ERP 4.1 to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP 4.1.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.
- Support monthend and yearend closing processes.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory compliance documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as an accountant with proficiency in Tally ERP 4.1.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
