Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Account Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in IT retail sales managing accounts endtoend and will be proficient in Excel. Knowledge of IT products will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client accounts ensuring excellent customer service from initial sale through to payments.
- Develop strong relationships with clients ensuring longterm satisfaction and retention.
- Handle sales operations including order processing invoicing and payment tracking.
- Provide regular updates and reports using Excel to track sales performance and financial data.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in IT retail sales preferably managing accounts end to end.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Product knowledge in IT would be an advantage.
