Job Description
Job title : Manufacturing Scale Operator Lv1
Client : Food Manufacturing Company
Duration : 11 Months
Location : Guntersville AL 35976
Shift : 2 weeks on dayshift and 2 weeks on nightshift (12 hours per day); overtime available approximately 68 hours OT.
1 week worker will work Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. And the 2nd week they will work Monday Friday Saturday Sunday
Dayshift: 7:00 7:00 PM and Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Description:
- The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate efficient manner with superior customer service.
- As a Scale Operator you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain.
- Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous helpful knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
- Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room office building breakroom etc.
- Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment
- Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet
- Work in all weather conditions
- Lifting up to 50 Lbs.
- Must complete background check and drug test
