Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect (80%100%)
Location: Nyon Switzerland
About the Role: Join our dynamic team to lead and manage highprofile urban development projects. As a Project Manager you will oversee the planning execution and completion of public space and urban infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Major Projects: Manage and drive significant public space and urban infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with different departments and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Administrative Management: Handle all projectrelated administrative tasks including budgeting reporting and compliance with public policies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet technical environmental and public policy standards.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- Experience: Proven track record as a project manager in public space or urban development.
- Skills: Strong organizational negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with public procurement procedures.
- Attributes: Public service orientation attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
