ID: 9724594 Posted On: Oct172024 Role name: System Administrator Role Description: 1. **Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the architecture design and implementation of the Procurement Management Module and Case Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Ensure that the architecture aligns with best practices organizational standards and business requirements. Develop technical roadmaps and strategy for the continuous improvement of Procurement and Case Management functionalities. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders procurement teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements challenges and opportunities. Translate business needs into technical solutions that are scalable maintainable and aligned with industry best practices. Conduct workshops and design sessions to validate architecture and solution design. 3. Integration and Customization: Design and oversee the integration of the Procurement Management Module with other ServiceNow modules and external systems. Lead the customization of workflows forms and scripts to meet specific business needs. Ensure that integrations and customizations are robust secure and perform well under load. 4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards. Review and approve code configurations and customizations to ensure quality and alignment with design specifications. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues and provide guidance on performance optimization. 5. Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce governance processes and best practices for development and architecture within the Procurement and Case Management modules. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements. Document architectural decisions design patterns and configuration settings for knowledge sharing and future reference. 6. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope timelines and resource requirements. Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality expectations. Participate in project risk management and mitigation strategies. Competencies: ServiceNowITAM (IT Asset Management) Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. 7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture with a focus on the Procurement Management Module and Case Management. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM ITOM HRSD and other related modules. Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty systems. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API) and workflow automation. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Desirable Skills: Masters degree in a related field. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Procurement or Case Management. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD ITBM or other ServiceNow applications. Strong understanding of SourcetoPay (S2P) processes and portals. Background in procurement supply chain management or a related discipline.
