Job Description
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of theft vandalism or other illegal activity.
- Respond promptly to security alarms emergencies and guest inquiries.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of hotel facilities ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security issues and provide assistance to guests.
- Report and document all incidents accidents and safety violations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Assist in training hotel staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Valid security license for Victoria.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
