Job Description

Job Title: HR Coordinator ARCA

Location: Dallas TX 75240

Duration: 9 months

Shift Time: 1st Shift

This position will be hybrid but the first month will be onsite for training

General Purpose:

  • The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. The ideal candidate can interact with staff (at all levels) in a fastpaced environment sometimes under pressure remaining flexible proactive resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Candidates will have general administrative responsibilities are very detailoriented able to manage multiple projects and deadlines can work independently and has a strong initiative to get things accomplished.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Security Managers to develop prepare and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain all securityrelated documentation and records
  • Coordinates the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Reviews current safety training and recommends revisions improvements and updates.
  • Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety management program including emergency preparedness accident prevention general safety and risk management.
  • Ensures compliance with federal state and local safety laws regulations codes and rules.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security related incidents.
  • Assist with Security Training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some colleges preferred
  • Experience: 13 years of HR Coordinator experience (preferred).
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills strong decisionmaking ability and attention to detail are equally important.
  • Excellent calendar management skills including the coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Possesses a bias for action and sense of urgency while able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
