Description:
Summary: Tracks analyzes investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract. Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer s and company s needs. Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested. Manages organizes and analyzes data or other information. Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions. Applies fundamental concepts practices and procedures to analytical work. Requires some evaluation originality or ingenuity.

Advanced knowledge of a specific field and applies this knowledge to look indepth at information pertaining to the area. Manages organizes and analyzes data or other information. Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions. Applies fundamental concepts practices and procedures to analytical
work. Requires some evaluation originality or ingenuity.
Qualifications/experience required:
24 years of experience in a relevant position
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
Education requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or equivalent
