Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent required BS in Biology or related Science strongly preferred. Relevant manufacturing experience (13 Years); Analytical scientific and mechanical trouble shooting skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good computer skills; Strict attention to detail and safety; Ability to lift 25 pounds on an intermittent basis. Comprehensive understanding of aseptic process in daily activities. Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Basic awareness of quality improvement tools and MPS processes. Understanding and awareness of USDA regulations.
Responsibilities This will be a floater technician that will work in the kitchen and tank room. This position is responsible for the preparation and sterilization of equipment and media solutions. This will include but is not limited to: weighing of components operating production equipment including startup minor adjustments and quality monitoring. completion of accurate documentation cleaning and sanitization of work areas and equipment supporting other departments as needed
Comments/Special InstructionsRole is Friday to Monday. Training will be Monday through Friday for 68 weeks. This will be a floater technician that will work in the kitchen and tank room
