Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Spring Boot JavaScript Java and Core Java. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities : Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using Spring Boot JavaScript Java and Core Java. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team ensuring best practices are followed. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components. Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders team members and management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution ensuring timely resolution of issues. Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules and status reports. Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions. Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness. Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices to enhance project delivery and performance. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background in Spring Boot JavaScript Java and Core Java. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities fostering a positive and productive work environment. Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Display strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities. Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent. Be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Show experience in a hybrid work model balancing remote and inoffice work effectively. Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges. Possess a bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field. 9.
