Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to provide strategic guidance on technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive consulting experience particularly in government systems and will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on technology solution design and vendor selection to align with strategic goals.
- Develop integration strategies for seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Provide guidance on security strategies and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with longterm objectives.
- Oversee major technology projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Solution architecture and system integration
- IT security concepts and risk management
- Unemployment insurance experience with state departments
- Knowledge of technology governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
