Job Description

Job Title: IT Legal Project Manager

Location: Santa Clara CA Onsite

Duration: / Term: 6 months Contract

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of legal project execution from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks resources timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure all legal projects comply with industry regulations and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelors degree in law Business or related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal project management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology procedures and regulations.
  • Exceptional project management organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
