Job Description
Job Title : Business Intelligence Analyst / DSA
Location : San Antonio TX (Onsite)
Duration /Term: Long Term Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Statistical & Mathematical Analysis: Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to provide decision support for business operations.
- Data Synthesis & Modeling: Gather manipulate and synthesize data and models to draw meaningful conclusions and make actionable recommendations.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Leverage business and analytical knowledge to participate in discussions with crossfunctional teams.
- Documentation: Document assumptions methodologies validation and testing processes for clear tracking and analysis.
- Presentation & Reporting: Present results and recommendations to wider audiences using clear datadriven insights.
- Data Visualization: Use visualization techniques to support and strengthen your arguments.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Support in identifying and gathering relevant highquality data sources for testing and exploratory data analysis.
- Business Insights: Utilize data and analytics to provide superior actionable business insights and recommendations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Economics Mathematics Finance Statistics or any other quantitative discipline with 8 years of experience in the quantitative analytics field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong expertise and experience in SQL SAS and Tableau.
- Analytical Competency: Demonstrate competency in mathematical and statistical techniques to drive factbased decisionmaking.
- Business/Data Requirement Analysis: Working knowledge of identifying documenting and analyzing business and data requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Experience in developing reports and dashboards to present outcomes to stakeholders.
- Financial Domain Expertise: Experience in the financial domain is preferred.
