Job Description
Job Title: Web Engineer
Location: St Louis MO Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Description:
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex web applications using React and GraphQL ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Development: Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices in web development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and backend engineers to define project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and midlevel engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure the application is responsive and efficient.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies and advocate for innovative approaches that enhance our tech stack.
Key Skills:
