Implementation and maintenance experience on UKG Pro and Dimensions
Work experience in migrating from Dimensions to Pro and supporting upgrades
Handson experience on Pro features (some or most) like HR management Talent Management Workforce Management Payroll & compensation Time & Attendance Taxation Learning Management etc.
Handson experience in setting up and maintaining time Clocks (Manual/ Biometric/ RFID)
Resetting and handling reporting issues and resolving clocking errors (failed punches Clockins Clockouts etc.)
Support customization needs for clocking and time management as requested by the user group(s)
Handson with Reporting and Analytics modules generating reports like Time tracking Performance evaluation reports Tax reports Overtime reports etc.
Handson experience in handling configuration and updates to employee information in UKG Pro
Support Kronos platform for postproduction issues resolution and ongoing O&M activities
Handson experience in workflow automation using workflow builder e.g.: payroll and pay rules automations
Work experience in Data import and Data export with other ERP and clinical systems across the organization
Handson experience working on Role based Access control (RBAC)
Work experience integrating Kronos with other ERP and enterprise systems using APIs connectors etc.
Ability to manage and maintain data in compliance with regulatory needs of the organization and geographic location
Support end user education and Issue resolution
L2 Support Provide full service L2 support needed for end users that includes debugging triage escalation resolution deployment or configuration changes document Root causes for future needs
L3 Support Collaborate with Vendor support and product teams to adjust and enhance workflows configurations and features as requested by the business stakeholders
Capture end user requirements for enhancements (SRs) and if needed work with vendors to get the requirement configured as desired by business
Support documentation for end user training Service desk support etc.
Support system upgrades migration Integration or any other transformation activities needed to keep the environment up to date
Active contributor to Workflow Automation Self Service enablement Regulatory compliance data reporting Interoperability and Integration items
Exposure on ServiceNow to support the maintenance needs
