Max Vendor Rate $70/hr on C2C

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Service Now and will be responsible for analyzing business needs identifying solutions and ensuring successful implementation.
This role is crucial in driving our companys purpose and making a significant impact on society.

Responsibilities :
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support decisionmaking processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.
Ensure successful implementation of Service Now solutions by coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and project implementations.
Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of Service Now solutions.
Lead efforts to continuously improve business processes and systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Now solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Service Now.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows.
Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
Display the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
Demonstrate the ability to lead efforts to improve business processes and systems.
Possess strong project management skills.
