Job summary:
We are seeking a CMDB with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now and IT Service Management. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT service processes and ensuring seamless operations.
1. Evaluate existing asset management process and the design implementation and management of new/improved systems for efficiency and effectiveness starting from procurement till disposal.
2. Governing HAM processes starting from procurement till disposal across Organisation
3. Define scope of the asset management processes function the items that are to be controlled and the information that is to be recorded.
4. Ensure asset management standards and procedures are being followed.
5. Ensure assets are uniquely identified with naming conventions; ensure compliance with identification standards for object types environments processes life cycles documentation versions formats baselines releases and templates
6. Propose interfaces with change management problem management network management release management finance and administration functions
7. Provides report including management reports.
8. Liaise with the Field services Procurement SPOCs Hands and feet teams to ensure the data accuracy.
9. Asset Baseline and process flow creation
10. Managing hardware Asset Management Operation (Planning Designing and Forecasting
