Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on adopting and practicing Scrum and Agile techniques.
- Mentor Scrum Masters Product Managers and Agile leaders to ensure longterm success.
- Develop and deliver Agile training materials and rolespecific training sessions.
- Observe team activities and provide feedback escalating critical impediments.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum processes and enterprise tool usage for consistency.
- Strengthen the organizations Agile culture through collaboration with management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment with various Agile methodologies (Scrum XP Kanban Lean).
- Experience delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization.
- Expertlevel Agile certifications such as PMIACP SPC or CSP preferred.
- Knowledge of Waterfall project management and experience implementing Agile practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Technical background with understanding of modern DevOps practices is preferred.
