Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
1. Content Creation
Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Visuals and Graphics: Collaborate with designers or use graphic design tools to produce visuals that enhance posts.
2. Strategy Implementation
Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and executing the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Campaign Management: Help plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
3. Community Management
Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Building Relationships: Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
4. Analytics and Reporting
Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor social media performance and track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media activity, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Trend Monitoring
Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in algorithms to inform strategy.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ social media presence and analyze their strategies.
Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Graphic design , Editing Skills, Advertising, Content Creation, Public Relations and Marketing Experience
Experience - 2-4 years
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content.
3. Technical Skills
Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective tools.
Analytics Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) for tracking and measuring performance.
4. Creative Skills
Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Visual Design: Basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
5. Communication Skills
Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with audiences and crafting compelling messages.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members and external partners.
