You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Purpose: Support IT Department with daily operations and administrative tasks; coordinate activities among Division Managers, Section Heads, and Team Leads.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily IT activities.
Send meeting agendas and prepare minutes.
Facilitate meetings and support documentation.
Handle office activities (gate passes, network accounts, meeting room bookings).
Manage PR/PO/SES in SAP and process invoices.
Provide admin/logistic support for events and training.
System Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
User Support:
Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security policies.
Network Management:
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure reliable network access.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Create and update documentation for IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree.
3+ years in a related role.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and IT infrastructure components.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and documenting procedures.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasksCollaboration:
Work with other departments to assess their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for equipment procurement and support services.
Training and Development:
Provide training to staff on new technologies, software applications, and best practices for IT security. and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
