Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Executive to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain operations ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and services. The Supply Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize supply chain processes and maintain inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor inventory levels and track supply chain performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan supply chain activities
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and inventory levels
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven work experience as a Supply Executive or similar role in the Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
Education
Must be a graduate from any stream.
