This is a remote position.

To make furniture consumption more flexible and sustainable! We re rethinking the way people choose their furniture handpicking the best products for durability. And because quality comes at a price we re offering an innovative alternative to traditional buying: subscription plans.

Your Role: Sourcing Specialist
As a Sourcing Specialist at Enky you will support the sourcing and procurement of highquality sustainable furniture for our growing client base. You ll be responsible for researching suppliers negotiating contracts and ensuring that we provide the best possible products to our clients. Working closely with the operations team you ll help ensure that our supply chain remains efficient and costeffective.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers that align with Enky s quality and sustainability standards.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure we get the best deals without compromising on quality.
Monitor industry trends and emerging materials to ensure our product offering stays competitive.
Workclosely with the operations team to ensure a smooth supply chain from order placement to product delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure they meet agreed quality and delivery standards.
Regularly review supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement in costs or services.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to bring new furniture collections to life.
Requirements
Your Profile: The APlayer We Need
You have 2years of experience in sourcing procurement or buying ideally in the furniture or home goods industry.
You re comfortable with negotiations and finding the balance between quality and costeffectiveness.
You re passionate about design and keep up with trends in furniture and home decor.
You re organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple supplier relationships.
You re fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!).
You re a fast learner who can work independently while collaborating with crossfunctional teams

You have 2+years of experience in sourcing or procurement, ideally in the furniture or home goods sector. You are a master negotiator with a proven track record of securing competitive pricing and favorable terms. You re passionate about furniture design and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations. You have an extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers, and you know how to build long-term partnerships. You have a strategic mindset and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and reduce costs. You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!). You re an independent worker, capable of leading projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
