Fully Remote but if in the vicinity of the Santa Clara CA office expectation is at least 2 days a week onsite.

Job Description:
The Senior Compensation Business Partner (FixedTerm) is a temporary role to cover a team member on paternity leave. This position is responsible for administering and managing the companys compensation programs for employees. The role will support HR Business Partners and leaders in ensuring compensation processes run smoothly handling daytoday inquiries and managing key activities such as salary reviews market benchmarking and job evaluations. The role will focus on execution rather than strategy ensuring the consistency and compliance of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage daytoday compensation processes including salary reviews promotions and job evaluations for broadbased employee roles.
Provide support to HR Business Partners and department leaders by answering questions conducting compensation analyses and providing guidance on compensation policies.
Utilize compensation tools and salary survey data to benchmark roles and ensure marketcompetitive salary ranges.
Assist the team in executing the annual merit increase process ensuring accurate and timely updates to compensation data and systems.
Support the administration of shortterm incentive programs ensuring correct calculations and payouts based on established guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to compensation including adherence to pay equity standards.
Manage compensationrelated inquiries from HR and management providing insights and recommendations based on established guidelines.
Experience:
5 years of relevant experience
Experience in compensation administration with a focus on broadbased compensation programs.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and ensure accuracy in compensation processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and leaders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Requirements:

Preference:
Will prioritize candidates who have data and analytics experience
Interested in candidates who have job titles such as Compensation Business Partner Compensation Analyst Compensation Consultant
Previously worked in a Compensation Team
Previously conducted benchmarking and assigning compensation ranges
