Sr Project Manager (Graphics Design & Change Management) Remote

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Change Management & Advanced Graphic Design Support Specialist to assist in developing comprehensive communication and training materials to support organizational change initiatives.
  • This role requires proficiency in advanced graphic design visual storytelling and change management with the ability to create highimpact visually engaging content that drives adoption and understanding of new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies that leverage visual communication to support organizational transformation ensuring clear understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Develop compelling visual content including presentations infographics and animated videos to support change management and training initiatives.
  • Use graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Vyond) to create highquality visual assets that simplify complex concepts.
  • Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work with various stakeholders subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams to gather information and transform it into clear visually engaging content.
  • Align visual communication with organizational goals and brand standards.
  • Develop and Update Training Materials: Design instructional guides job aids and video tutorials that align with change initiatives and are easy to understand for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Continuously update and refine training content based on feedback and evolving project needs.
  • Manage Content on Internal Platforms: Maintain and update internal platforms (e.g. SharePoint LMS) with the latest training and communication materials.
  • Ensure content is wellorganized accessible and linked to relevant resources for easy user navigation.
  • Support Change Communication Strategies: Contribute to the development of change management communication plans by designing clear and impactful communication tools (newsletters memos and templates).
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual standards across all communication materials.
  • Gather and Implement Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and endusers to assess the effectiveness of communication and training materials.
  • Make necessary revisions to improve clarity engagement and overall user experience.
  • Stay Updated on Design and Communication Trends: Continuously enhance design skills by staying informed on the latest tools software and best practices in visual communication and change management.
  • Apply innovative approaches to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual and training materials.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.
  • Prioritize tasks according to project deadlines and communication needs
  • Create and manage advanced content for training programs including visually dynamic instructional guides video tutorials infographics and job aids that align with the change management plan.
  • Design highimpact visual materials including presentations learning maps animated videos and detailed infographics to simplify complex concepts for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Work with internal teams and SMEs to translate technical information into clear visually engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Lead the design of visual communication assets for internal platforms (SharePoint LMS) ensuring content is both informative and visually appealing.
  • Use advanced graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Vyond) to develop highquality onbrand visuals for internal communications.
  • Support communication strategy by developing polished professional templates and visual standards for presentations newsletters and toolkits.
  • Coordinate feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of communication and training materials refining content and visuals as needed to enhance clarity and engagement.

Key Skills:

  • Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
  • Change Management Graphics Design & Animation Learning and Development
  • Expertise in advanced graphic design (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Vyond) and visual storytelling to create dynamic engaging content.
  • Experience in change management and internal communications with the ability to develop visual strategies to support adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Strong creative problemsolving skills to translate complex information into clear digestible and visually appealing formats.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive training content including animations video tutorials and eLearning modules.
  • Familiarity with learning and development platforms (LMS) and designing visual content for these platforms.
  • Collaboration and crossfunctional teamwork skills working closely with SMEs leadership and internal teams to align visual content with organizational goals.
  • Attention to detail and project management abilities ensuring all visual materials are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
