Job Description
Join our team as an IT System Administrator and play a key role in maintaining the technological backbone of the airline industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure including servers networks and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of the infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates patches and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organizations IT assets.
- Create and update documentation for system configurations procedures and processes.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and endusers.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 23 years experience in system administration or a related role
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Proficiency in LINUX/WINDOWS administration.
- Expertise in Azure services with a focus on PaaS Functions and Identity.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Networking Network security (Network Associate or similar) and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
- Knowledge of high availability principles (HA) and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
