Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure including servers networks and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance to ensure the availability and reliability of the infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates patches and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the organizations IT assets.
- Document system configurations procedures and processes.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and endusers.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
