Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Dugway UT (Onsite)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Manager (QM) is responsible for all aspects of ISO compliance and the establishment of internal processes/controls. The QM is also responsible for developing implementing managing and maintaining effective Quality and Safety policies and procedures that meet contract requirements and the criteria for ISO compliance in all areas as well as company and government safety requirements.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Three (3) years of experience performing quality control in an industrial/technical environment.
- Three (3) years of experience in administrative professional analytical or other work related to International Organization for Standard (ISO) programs or operations is also required. These can be concurrent time periods.
- Must have knowledge of Safety standards and general experience in dealing with environmental issues.
- Must possess the knowledge to maintain a quality management system in accordance with applicable ISO Standards.
- Must possess broad knowledge of Army logistical functions and the ability to analyze develop evaluate advise or promote improvements in logistical programs.
- Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong organizational and group presentation skills.
- Welldeveloped multitasking and time management skills.
- Must have computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook.
- Possess a Valid Drivers License without special restrictions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare maintain enforce and update QC plans to drive performance using ISO 9001:2015 standards across the program and compliance with ISO 14001 standards in all areas.
- Establish program objectives performance goals and assess progress.
- Establish operational metrics/key indicators for process control and ongoing quality process improvements.
- Conduct root cause/corrective action analysis.
- Performs additional relevant duties as assigned.
