PART TIME Sales Assistant Japanese Bilingual
Summary A Japanese company is seeking a JapaneseBilingual Sales Assistant to support its used car sales and purchase operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks such as documentation and scheduling while creating a welcoming experience for customers. Fluency in Japanese and businesslevel English are required.
Essential Duties
- Warmly greet and assist customers who visit the store.
- Prepare documentation for car sales and tradeins.
- Support in scheduling vehicle maintenance and service appointments.
- Assist in managing and maintaining display vehicles.
- Provide support for various other tasks related to sales.
Working Hours & Style
9:00 18:00 (1hour break); Approx. 30 hours per week
Workdays and shift schedules are flexible and open to discussion.

Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work well in a team and provide friendly customer service
- A valid US driver's license
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Previous customer service experience and an interest in cars (preferred).
