Job Description
Aufgaben
- You will take on development from A to Z: from frontend & backend all the way to testing
- You will apply agile software development methods as well as objectoriented analysis and design
- You will use JavaScript and web technologies as well as highperformance databases.
- You will remove engineering blocks foster collaborative working and enable fast decisions
- You will actively seek to identify technical debt and implement strategies to remove it
- You will mentor inspire and challenge engineers to deliver their best work
- You will act as a feedback coach to your team conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insight
Wen wir suchen
- Proven expertise in software engineering with a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Excellent knowledge in professional development with JavaScript as well as good familiarity with JavaScript libraries (such as React.JS)
- Familiarity with relational databases microservices APIs complex web applications and building scalable systems
- You have an eye for design and are familiar with frontend frameworks and libraries (such as Tailwind CSS or similar)
- You have first experience in leadership and are able to guide and support entrylevel developers
- You are a concise empathetic and clear communicator
- You have a university or technical college degree in computer science information technology mathematics or similar fields or equivalent professional experience
