Tasks
For Hardware Engineers:
- Design and develop automotive hardware components from concept to production.
- Work on electrical systems and control units ensuring high performance safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (software mechanical and electrical engineers) to integrate hardware with cuttingedge automotive technologies.
- Perform simulation testing and validation of hardware systems to meet industry standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest in hardware design trends and automotive standards (ISO ASIL etc.).
For Embedded Software Engineers:
- Design develop and implement embedded software solutions for automotive control units (ECUs MCUs etc.).
- Work on realtime operating systems (RTOS) and embedded firmware for vehicle communication safety and autonomous features.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components.
- Debug test and optimize software to ensure performance safety and regulatory compliance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by adapting new technologies like AI ADAS and electrification.
Requirements
Hardware Engineers:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field.
- Experience in PCB design analog/digital circuit design and power electronics.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical standards and testing protocols.
- Experience with tools like Altium Cadence or Mentor Graphics.
- Understanding of automotive industry requirements (ISO 26262 ASPICE).
Embedded Software Engineers:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in C/C embedded systems design and realtime operating systems.
- Experience with CAN LIN and other automotive communication protocols.
- Familiarity with functional safety (ISO 26262) AUTOSAR and ModelBased Development (Matlab/Simulink).
- Strong debugging and lowlevel hardware interaction skills.
