Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Present and promote all Mowasalat (Karwa) and Karwa Academy services.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, based on the direct interaction at the Kiosk.
  • Supply the company management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
  • Collect and process direct customer feedback and complaints in cooperation with the Mowasalat customer service center.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and make respective suggestions.
  • Manage potentially large amounts of customers.
  • Generate sales leads through a competent and positive representation of the company and good knowledge of the company offerings.
  • Instill trust in the company through open, knowledgeable and interactive communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions; and establish and file documents.
  • Collect and collate customer information (contact details etc) to establish and keep an up-to-date customer database.
  • Go the extra mile to handle customer requests.
  • Job descriptions are written to reflect major accountabilities and will not describe all the tasks which may be performed by an individual. The incumbent shall perform any additional related duties assigned by the respective line manager to meet operational requirements
